Last updated: August 2026. RES Exam Paper (resexampaper.com) is an independent study guide. It is not affiliated with the Council for Estate Agencies (CEA) or NTUC LearningHub.

1. About the service

RES Exam Paper provides free practice quizzes and a paid Premium subscription that includes an AI-powered study assistant. Content is prepared for study purposes and sourced from publicly available official information, but it is not legal, financial, or professional advice. Always re-check CEA and NTUC LearningHub before you register or sit.

2. Free vs Premium

The practice question bank is free, with no card required. Signed-in free users may ask a small number of AI questions per day. Premium is a paid subscription that raises that daily limit and keeps the grounded explainer available. Premium is billed through Stripe in Singapore dollars, inclusive of GST.

3. Subscriptions & billing

• Premium is billed monthly or annually at checkout, and renews automatically until cancelled.
• You can cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the paid period.
• Prices are shown at checkout and are subject to change for future billing periods with reasonable notice.
• Payment is processed by Stripe. We do not store your card details.

4. AI explainer

• The AI explainer answers your questions and cites its study-note sources, but it can make errors. Verify important facts against official sources.
• It is a study aid, not legal, tax, or investment advice.
• We apply a daily usage limit by plan (and optional top-up credits) to protect service quality.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service — including scraping, reselling access, interfering with the AI endpoint, or using it to infringe third-party rights.

6. No warranty & liability

The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses arising from your use of the service or your reliance on its content.

7. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above and, for subscribers, be communicated where reasonably practicable.
